 The Pendulum swing band is comprised of a group of top Boston musicians. They are a group who share a passion for jazz and swing music. The name Pendulum, comes from their ability to SWING! Pendulum is typically comprised of four horns (2 saxophones, 1 trumpet and 1 trombone) As well as a driving rhythm section (guitar, base and drums). Pendulum can top off its musical entourage with the best in male and female vocalists. Pendulum can and will add or subtract musicians and vocalists to suit any need for any client. The band has performed all over the country and has collaborated with such major talents as Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, Johnny Mathis and the Boston Pops. Leader Arthur Bakopolus, a 20 year veteran, has his seasoned players ready to provide the right sound for any musical engagement. We highly recommend this band for your next event |
